  The Dean of Students or their designee will have the sole discretion in determining whether the basis for appeal has been met and whether the appeal can move forward; If the basis for appeal has been met, the Dean of Students or their designee will review the written appeal and the hearing panel recording; and The decision of the Dean of Students or his/her designee is final and there will be no further appeals.
